About Thresholds Re-Entry Program
One issue individuals face when returning home from incarceration is the struggle of re-entry into the community. Finding such things as housing, a job, food, and other basic life needs can be stressful and difficult. The Thresholds Re-Entry program is designed to provide clients with a guide to various services which may be needed upon release.
We offer an evening class with the Thresholds graduates. Each client is given a community services guide. The group discusses the services and providers that may be needed by the attendees.
